These terms cover burnymadeit.com, the beat store of burnymadeit, and the private studio dashboard that runs it.

Buying a beat

• When you buy a beat you buy a license to use it. What you can do with it is set by the license you choose, shown on the Licenses page and in the license agreement you get with your purchase. The beat itself stays the property of burnymadeit.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Your files are delivered through private download links that expire after 7 days or 10 downloads each.
• Beats in burnymadeit's YouTube videos are free for non-profit use with appropriate credit. A song that earns money needs a license from this store.

The studio and YouTube

The site has a private dashboard, the studio, that burnymadeit uses to publish their own beat videos to their own YouTube channels. It uses YouTube API Services and isn't open to the public.

By using the studio and connecting a YouTube channel to it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. What the studio does with YouTube data is explained in the privacy policy; Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove the studio's access to a channel at any time in Google's security settings.
